SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By voluntarily providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on our contact form or event registration form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from RJP Estate Planning at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
Types of messages you may receive include: appointment reminders, estate planning seminar reminders and updates, informational follow-ups related to your inquiry, and occasional promotional messages about our services.
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your interactions with us and upcoming events.
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply to any messages you send or receive. RJP Estate Planning is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
To stop receiving text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.
