The List Every ER Asks For (Most People Don't Have It)

In the first few minutes at the emergency room, someone will ask for a list of every medication you take, with the doses. Most people answer from memory, in a hallway, scared, and they miss one. Sometimes it's the blood thinner. Ten minutes this week: Empty the medicine cabinet onto the kitchen counter. For every bottle, write the name, the dose, and how often. Include the ones you only take now and then, and the vitamins. Photograph the page and text it to one person in your family.
